Handling worksheets

We designed the worksheet handling to be comprehensive and effective at the same time. You can monitor and modify the worksheets’ status from the moment of their issuing until their closing.

Invoicing can be achieved by invoice or voucher with only a few clicks, without any paperwork but of course with the possibility of print.

An important feature in our program that it is specifically designed to handle the opticians’ worksheets.

What are these special elements?

  • you can select the type of worksheet based on lens categories
  • you can specify in details the lens parameters
  • optical items can be found in the searcher
  • the worksheet can be issued for a prescription with a single click

Managing inventory

Similarly to tracking worksheets, it is easy to monitor the route of packages what you can move between the your shops (workshop, store, shop).

At the Orders you can find all the necessary information about the ordered items, the suppliers, or the products in store or on their way. There are also practical categories and search options for opticians.

Handling delivery notes and purchasing are also displayed in a user friendly way.

For example the work fee, as a product with unlimited stock, could be added to the worksheet, and displayed on the invoice.

The problematic issues of discarding, closing and inventory taking are things of the past! With our system, you can perform these tasks on a user friendly interface.

Handling Customers

More and more firms face the fact nowadays it is easier and cheaper to persuade old customers to buy again than to win new customers. It works the same way in the optician market. If someone has bought something in your shop than that person will probably buy a new pair of glasses in one or two years. But why would he or she do that in your shop?

To ‘entice’ them back, the webiris provides you the following functions:

  • Handling old customers − it is possible to add your existing (i.e. prior to the introduction of webiris) customers and worksheets to the system. If you have a larger amount of data stored on your computer (due to a previous administrative program) it is possible to import that data.
  • Promotion codes − in case different promotions are part of your marketing strategy you can you can create, track, modify or delete them here. All promotion names are assigned with a code, that make tracking easier and might prove handy at later analysis. (You can find out if a promotion was worth it.)
  • DM Campaigns − it serves to track DM (Direct Marketing) campaigns. You can create any kind of target groups based on your customers’ database at your pleasure, and you can send notifications (sms, email, regular mail) with the system in a fully automated way. There is a special editor at your service that helps you to create these notifications, with in-built templates, but custom appearances are also easy to create.

One of the most important reason we created this system for is that the owner of an optician shop should have a clear picture of his or her business. This important feature often is missing in most programs that combine a management and an inventory manager program. Regarding the optician market, the selection is almost non-existing.
